It’s Cindy-Loo Agent here. I am a new agent at EXIT and I can tell you there is something strange happening at our brokerage. Stay tuned and watch the story unfold.
Every agent in EXIT loved closing deals a lot, But the Grinch, on Mount Topper, most certainly did not!
The Grinch hated EXIT, the whole real estate game, for reasons he muttered but never could name.
It could be their training, top-notch and first-rate, Or their profit-share system that made them so great.
But whatever the reason—he didn’t really care—He stood on his perch, sneering, “They’re too happy down there!”
“They sell homes with ease!” the Grinch snarled, quite perturbed.
“They close deals with joy—how absurdly absurd! And their slogan, ‘EXIT: A Smart Move for You,’
It fills me with envy. I know what I’ll do…”
Then he hatched an idea—an awful, vile plan—To steal EXIT’s magic, to ruin their brand!
Down the mountain he slithered, with a sack and a smirk,
Dressed as a broker, ready to work. Into the first office, he crept with a leer, While visions of chaos danced in his sneer.
He took over the phones, spreading lies and untruths.
He swiped all the training and sales materials too,
He marked up the boards, stole wrappings and tools,
Then schemed to dismantle their revenue queue.
He drank from their trophies, and messed with their signs.
He even made an appearance to hijack their wine.
The Grinch skipped the gym, “No workouts!” he said,
With a sneer and a pout, he tossed Luc’s mug instead.
He slid into their desks, locked their chairs with a clunk,
Then plopped up his feet like a bossy old skunk!
And just as he reached for the EXIT plaque, A voice stopped him cold—it made him step back.
It was Cindy-Loo Agent, a rookie so small, Who looked at the Grinch with no fear at all.
“Why, Mr. Broker, why steal our gear? EXIT’s more than these things—it’s a culture sincere!
Our clients are like family, for which we care, It’s not about the stuff—it’s a spirit we share!”
The Grinch paused, mid-theft, as her words made him think.
Could the EXIT magic be more than just ink? He stared at the contracts, the tools, and the gear…
EXIT wasn’t the signs or the desks or the chairs, It was the heart in their mission, the passion that’s rare.
So the Grinch, in that moment, felt his cold heart grow. He returned all the things, his remorse on full show.
He apologized softly, then made a bold pitch, “I’d like to join EXIT—can I make the switch?”
They welcomed him in, with a handshake and grin, And the Grinch learned that EXIT was the best place to win. So now, up on Mount Topper, there’s an EXIT sign too, And the Grinch, now a broker, finds joy in what’s true.
For the moral is simple, as Cindy-Loo said:
The best deals are built on what’s shared, not what’s shed.
When people work kindly, with clients and peers,
They build something stronger that lasts through the years!
