Janna Glenn is a seasoned professional whose journey in the ever-evolving landscape of graphic design and multimedia marketing spans over 25 years. Her career kicked off while still pursuing her education at Algonquin College, where she secured a full-time role in graphic design and print production with a local printing company. Recognizing the transformative power of technology, Janna became an early adopter, delving into HTML courses as the internet gained popularity, ensuring she stayed at the forefront of industry trends.
Over the years, Janna’s creative prowess has flourished, allowing her to seamlessly integrate stunning graphics with technological advancements in website design. Her diverse skill set positioned her for roles of increasing responsibility, including a stint with Invest Ottawa, where she contributed to the city’s economic development efforts. Janna further honed her expertise as the eMarketing Manager at Ashbury College and later assumed a senior management position in a local marketing agency.
For the past 12 years, Janna played a pivotal role in Karma Creative Solutions, a full-service multimedia marketing agency she co-founded. Her role as a partner encompasses a wide spectrum, from managing human resources and client relationships to driving sales and overseeing the execution of diverse client projects. Outside the business realm, Janna’s passion extends to community involvement, as evidenced by her five-year tenure on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Tulip Festival and over 5 years serving as the President of the Orleans Photo Club. Her dedicated contributions have played a pivotal role in the planning, marketing, and successful execution of the festival.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Janna is a loving mother of three, finding solace in her appreciation for nature and capturing its beauty through her lens as an avid photographer.
